More trouble? Okorocha bans KEKE from Owerri

Governor Rochas Okorocha banned the tricycle operators  (KEKE) from Owerri.
The Governor disclosed this through a release issued to Newsmen by the Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Sam Onwuemeodo.
