FG Declares Public Holidays On Thursday & Friday To Mark 2013 Eid-el-Fitri Celebration

The Federal Government has declared Thursday the 8th of August and Friday the 9th of August as public holidays to mark the 2013 Eid-el-Fitri celebration

FG also urged Nigerians to exploit the spiritual benefits of love, joy and peace in their daily living and to use the opportunity of the holidays to reflect on the imperative of peace in nation building.

Have a joyful holiday ahead peeps. I know the highways are going to be very busy so travel early enough to avoid traffic and do not over speed!
