The Nigeria Police Rivers State Command has placed a One Million Naira Bounty on 23 year old, Maxwell Ifeanyi Chukwu Dike, who killed an eight-year-old girl named Chikamso Victory. Maxwell was reportedly living in the same address as Late Chiamaka.
He allegedly raped and dismembered her for Rituals. The Uniport student had been arrested but escaped from Police custody four days ago.
A Rivers state Police DPO(names withheld) was arrested on the orders of the state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Zaki Mohammed Ahmed, in connection with the escape.
