I have been asking myself for years when is it right or justified to abort a pregnancy. Its been driving me nuts thinking about the best answer to this controversial question. A very sensitive subject in deed!
Scenerio 1- A lady was raped and got pregnant as a result,is it right to have an abortion with the view that the child will only forever remind her of the horrible ordeal?
Scenerio 2 - There are complications during childbirth and only one life can be saved,do you choose to save the mother instead of the baby? This can be seen differently because the pregnancy is full term therefore its not an abortion.
Scenerio 3- The pregnancy is no where near full term in fact its on the first or second trimester and the termination of this pregnancy will save the life of the mother.Do you allow both to die because Abortion is against your faith?
Where does one draw the line and say ok, in this circumstance it is justified while in this situation is against the rules or religion. When is it right?
Quite a dilemma!
